Legend has it that, before becoming a trattoria, the place was a laboratory for bagging brooms, even a supplier of the Papal States. One day the owner cooked pasta and beans for her husband; the scent attracted passers-by, who asked to be able to eat. Since then, they began to serve typical Roman dishes.
